BritBox International – Now in the Nordics
Firstlight Media and June are coordinating the launch of BritBox for C More and Telia. Viewers in the Nordics now have access to a catalogue of TV series such as Line of Duty and Blackadder, together with films and exclusive productions that are considered by many to be of the highest quality in the world.
This is the first major launch for BritBox in an international market where the content will be localised and adapted for a number of partners simultaneously. Firstlight Media and June have created a joint technology solution to handle all local metadata, media versioning, video, subtitles and localised images. This also includes advanced, quality-based encoding and quality assurance of the content.
